  who wrote that Service 86 has 13 buses after someone left out SBS 567H and originally has 12 buses and also a note saying short of 1 bus has been removed? to the person, count carefully, there are only 12 perm buses on 86.

  Apparently, many cameos are doing 9054L, 9133S and ex-9181C slots. So can't really confirm perm liao.
