On the other hand, 0237 0252 0276 are doing S66 on same timeslot too, sometimes with other Mercz, such as 0298 3784. No doubt that the Mercz are cameoing for the MK4Dm3500. 2749 2777 2784 are seldom spotted recently. Will continue to monitor the fleet closely. -

Btw, SBS2776H has 165 written on a masking tape, dunno whether it's really perm. Need more observation, though it has been on 165 for the past 2 days. -
Actually Hougang Int services are rather easy to check. The regos on the rosters are updated very regularly. This is unlike the Jurong East roster where goodness knows when the regos on the roster will be updated. Examples include S51 S66 S143 - specifically these 3.
Whether S153 suffers fleet addition you need to check the last duty code on the roster. If it remains the same as before (means u need to have prior knowledge), then status quo, else its fleet addition. If im not wrong last duty code for weekdays is 31E. Before 9421 9495 came in, as what someone else had said S153 suffers fleet reduction in the split shift, 1978Z and 2644E left because of S43 introduction while 1995Z left because of S147 increasing split shift buses. Moreover S153A has been withdrawn so.. yeah. -

I don't care if a bus is fast or powerful or not. Because I want comfort - and I like travelling in newer buses.
Given that 154 travels from Boon Lay to Eunos (long distance), people expect to travel in comfort. NAC buses do not provide comfort. If it were me, I would also go, "S-H-I-T! NAC bus!"
(especially on a hot afternoon). -

At least you don't suffer much discomfort at night. Some buses are too cold and NAC buses' interior temperature is depending on it's environment it is in and it's engine temperature. I think SBST will have to deal with full Aircon fleet for JIS in 2011 or 2013 as the last NAC's met their lifespan expiry date. This, however may not please the 'banglas' as they like the cheaper NAC fares.

I heard that there will be a bus interchange at Joo Koon and that some JIS will get transferred there, hence, lesser services at Boon Lay Interchange. Yeah, Boon Lay Interchange will also be air-conditioned by then. -
