i was taking bus 315 with mi friend to go home. then there was this part.
where there is a bus stop, but the bus route does not include that. and he went to that bus stop. he stop awhile and ask the passengers, now go where?

That's why fares have to be raised.
So that these bus drivers can afford to go for more training. -

Must be his/her 1st day on the job & have not quite familiarise with the route yet but once he/she settles down then its back to the normal route once again

anyway i think to prevent such things from happening again and again.........
staffs stationed in bus ints should give the newbies some sort of detailed info, about which route should they take............
..........instead of depending on their passengers.......... -
Last time, got a standby driver, first time do 179...
It was his first evening peak trip on a MK2... I boarded the bus... There were a few passengers onboard.
At the traffic light waiting to exit the interchange, he seemed very stressed, kept on wiping his sweat, looking very nervous...
Then when we cleared the traffic light, he looked behind, he saw 179 DD departing from interchange! Then he got the shocked look on his face and stepped on the accelerator harder.
Once we turned into Jurong West St 63, he saw another DD in front, not very far away! He dunno whether to driver fast or slow, so he kept on "jerking" the bus... He looked into the mirror, behind got 179, in front also have...
At a traffic light, he kept on looking at his timesheet and the clock on the DDU. Yes, he was just on time.
He kept on looking at the passing 179s returning to BNL, all packed to the door
Then he turned behind and asked us in a surprised tone in chinese, everyday so many people ah? -

I'd rather have the passengers help the bus driver, at least no need to stop. Confirm there is at least one passenger is familiar with the route. -
