it seems that now 187 has 3 Nissan Diesel CAC perms , TIB1254K , CSS191X and CSS192T. What the hell is tat all these rebranded CAC Nissans were mostly under WLDEP where AMDEP only gets less than 8 of them. Besides woodlands depot should transfer some to kranji and ang mo kio , i mean it sould be equally divided. SMRT should transfer some UD OAC/CAC buses to Kranji and deploy them on services like 61* , 67* ,188 , 189 , 307 , 941 , 945 , 947 and 985/985W. There is no reason why 307 and those BB feeders should use Hino , Daf and Merc as Kranji were short of buses , by doing that 188 ,307 , 985 and 985W will have a better frequency instead of being erratic.

suggest that u go to KJDEP at 12 midnight, to see whether there is space or not for extra buses...

You can follow the HK example? Go to WLDEP drive the buses to KJDEP. they can only transfer these Nissans to KJDEP only when 608 witdrews and all the Nissans there were rebranded , WL controls too many Nissans. They should exchange some Merz or Hino from either KJDEP or WLDEP. In KJDEP , they can exchange with svcs like 173 , 176 , 189 or even some SP merc in KJ and use these Merz to 178 instead. This shows that SMRT is damn biased on old svcs liike 178

Why 180? if Nissans on 180 , ppl at Phoenix LRT dont have to go to work until Off Peak , 180 is very highly demanded. They should put 2-3 more Nissans on Svcs like 188 and 307 , or better still , swap these Nissans with those Hinos on BB feeders and use the Hinos on 188 , 307 and 985/985W by increasing their buses to improve freq.
