  get class 3 then go sign up with them and they will train u for class 4A.

  Class 3 is just normal car license...
  
  See if you can pass the test...I think you also need to have some training/lessons first.
  Tests got theory and practical.
  Theory -> Traffic lights etc..
  Practical -> Drive the car along the roads etc...

  Don't forget, need to pay $$ de...hundred over bucks for the training/lessons, exam also need $$.

  If I am not wrong, you can straight away chiong to Class 3. No need to go through class 1 & 2
