  actually i found out they are nut guards
  and 183G, 202K, 308P, 551C, 3820G, 3823Z, 3909K, many AMKDEP and BRAM buses
  i think they look nicer that way NOT REMOVED!
  
  Nut guards REMOVED recently by slbp (Sep-Nov)
  113J one side, 301H one side, 520S one side, 526B one side, 3873D, 498Z had 1 side left oso removed
  usually ex BRAM or AMKDEP buses still have them in tact like 113J, 202K, 301H, 3873D.

  those B10M that have nut guards are 1984E and.... cant remember... i tink its 992M, i noe the last batch of VO3xs many nut guards oso have been removed some have 1side out of 4wheels, buses lyk 9622Y, 9638C (AM 8, 9640U (BB198.), 9664B (BB 198.)

  have u seen SBS9888Y nut guards... the wheel on the back right has its nut guard removed and it looks weird as the remaining 3 nut guards are still there same for SBS9829T

  Wait, wait, wait. Mr 9888Y, the VO3X has 3 (three) axles. That's why we call it VO3X. 3X means 3 axle. What you are referring to is called the wheel. The dress rims are put on the wheels, not the axle. Please use the correct term to avoid confusion and misunderstandings.
