What are the entries and exits of buses which ply the E'way?

I would like to know what are the entry and exit points of buses (both sbs and tibs) which travel on the expressway.
Could you list the entry and exits if you know them?
I have taken or seen some buses on expressways before and list them down below:
30 (AYE: Jln Ahmad Ibrahim to Jurong town hall road),
(ECP: Keppel road to Fort road)
197 (AYE: Alexandra road to Jurong Town hall road)
198 (AYE: North Bouna Vista to Jurong Town hall road)
154 (AYE: Jln Ahmad Ibrahim to Clementi Ave 6),
(PIE: Stevens Road to Upp Serengoon road)
48 (ECP: Fort road to Rocher road)
23 (PIE: Bedok Reservoir road to Bendemeer road)
174e (PIE: Adam road to Upp Bukit Timah road),
(PIE: Jurong Town hall road to Cooperation road)
97 (AYE: Alexandra road to Jurong Town hall road)
857 (CTE: YCK to Upp Serengoon Road)
That's those which I know of. About the exits, I'm referring to the exit when the bus exits the e'way permantly and will not re-enter it e.g 197 exits at north bouna vista but re-enters AYE again, so I didnt include Bouna vista as an exit.

Sv 966: Woodlands Ave 3 all the way to Jln Toa Payoh via BKE, PIE. Then PIE all the way to Jln Eunos.
Sv 985: Jln Anak Bt all the way to Jln Toa Payoh. -
Perhaps the shortest of routes, service 925 from CCK, exit 4 to exit 2 on KJE.

About svc 985, I remember seeing it exiting at Upp Bukit Timah exit on PIE. From where does it enter PIE? -

I think for 132 and 153, its also the same. They enter from upp thomson rd and immediatly exit at Stevens road. -

But I do have an interest in their outer look and some of their routes.
And if you notice the thread title and the contents, its about the entry and exit points of buses which use the e'way, not just about which services ply the expressway. (I remembered seeing a thread on that) -
