This guy so happens to have his work venue changed in location. Instead of taking MRT, he has to switch to taking buses. And the following paragraphs state his complains. He complained about a few factors.
1. The bus driver often step on the accelerator too quickly causing the bus and the passengers to jerk. Those standing would either fall or twist their wrists. He was one of them. This the safety factor he's concern about.
2. The air-con is too warm. Got air-con like no air-con. we pay for the air-con service as well.
3. In the morning, there're lots of people on the bus. Very crowded. But yet, the air-con is like no air-con. In the afternoon, however, the air-con is cold enough. But the bus isn't very crowded. He thinks that it's because the students are paying by concession so in order for SMRT to save up more, there's no proper air-conditioning. 74 and 151 most obvious.
4. The buses are too old. Seats not very comfortable.
5. The buses are travelling so deliberately slow at times. A half-an-hour journey can become an hour's journey. He doesn't even have an idea why the driver is deliberately doing such a thing. Some people are in a rush for appointment had to get off the bus and reach for the taxi instead.
6. The bus doesn't stop at the bus stop. Two reasons: One - The bus is super crowded. That can be pardoned. Two - There're two or three buses at the bus stop and yet the coming bus chose not to stop at the bus stop deliberately, maybe out of laziness. This is frustrating.
It has always been like that. This has always been a hot topic, on newspapers everywhere. Complains are everywhere. But nothing is done at all. No change. A rise in transport fares got lots of reasons and excuses. After which, isn't all this the same? Hope there's a change soon. -
SBS transit dun do much to improve their services..
Anyway last time Early morning 6 plus Service 151 was like in a freezer.. damn cold..

to me SMRT is cold... but in constant temp feeling throughout all the AC fleet... where SBS buses sometimes colder than SMRT or warmer than SMRT depends on luck....

one of the coldest aircon i've felt is SBST CAC Scania N113 in the morning and night. Any interchanges which i can go to get the SMRT cold aircon?

On SMRT WA Scanias, if you notice properly, it's the air-con panel bolts which are missing. So there's a big hole on the A/C panel, leaving water to drip down the holes. On some of the holes, they have put masking tape.
