i believe CSS186L, CSS194M and CSS203X went to SMRT...[i might b wrong] but these buses have not been seen on CSS608 for quite a while -
SMRT can buy the latest UD buses. Or maybe a Scania K230UB?

Our KL Neighbour already buy more zero step buses for it's citybuses fleet,SMRT still with their low step buses,At least SBST had 35% zero step buses in their fleets

i dont think SMRT will buy new buses. They may just convert their current Nissan Diesels to WABs.

Not any bus can be converted to low entry or WABs. The bus chassis itself has to be a LE chassis. The Scania L113CRL however, is a low floor chassis, just that TIBS went to put an aircon underneath, if not, Scania L113CRLs would be the first low floor buses.
ComfortDelgro sold their L113CRLs.
Two wrong decisions done by both operators on the same kind of buses, IMO. -
You forgot about the ELBOs. They should be the first low-floor/LE buses. The chassis is low floor.
The following chassis are low floor (at least to the rear door)

Volvo-B10BLE, B7RLE, B12BLE, B9SALE, B9L, B7L, B10L, B7TL, B9TL, B10TL, B6BLE, B12BLEA, B7LA.
Mercedes Benz- O.405N, O.405N^2, O.405NH, OC500LE, O.530 (and its Variants, O.530G, O.530BZ), O.520, O.405GN and probably some Brazilian chassis.
Also, the MB815D can also be fitted with a wheelchair space right beside the door.
Scania-L94UB, L94UA, K94UB, K230/270/310UB, K310UD, N94UD, N94UB, L113C(R/L)L, N113C(R/L)L (However, I don't think any N113CRL were produced, just the N113CLLs (left hand drive))
MAN-11.220HOCL, 18.310 HOCL, 31.310, NL202, NL232, NL262, NL263 and many more.
And a lot of other models. -
So maybe the N113CRB represents the basic/standard bus?? Whereas, CRL represents low-floor?

where did ComfortDelgro sell their L113CRL to? i can only see 3 of them PA908L , PA912Z and PA919E to Westpoint. What about the rest?

SMRT wasnt the one who made the decision. It was TIBS who had made the decision to have undercarriage AC Unit on their Scania Striders. SMRTB didnt even exists back then. -

I have to agree with you on this. Singaporeans only know how to complain but do not suggest. Making matters worse, their complains are things that is impossible for the transport companies to make real.
