The 19 should consists of WABs from both BB and HG. If after the total of 19 deployed, by right there will be a small number to act as back up. Hence, it is reasonable for the bus to cameo on other services NOT at the expense of PIWs.

the leylands, mk2, NAC scaniaL113 does not have speed limitor -

... it was lyk goin at 80km/h, SBS9140X cameo recently on 154 on a weekend was goin undoubtly beyond 60 and 9085Y on 143 speeding along west coast highway (aft circus) definitely beyond 60
there is a diff experience when the bus cant accelerate any further -

it is bishan tat would not have b9tls, doubt will be on 55 and 56
itoa payoh int would have only a few b9tls
maybe on 31 and a few on 143 but u must understand bram doesnt operate many 143 buses only 5 of them so at most 5? out of how many -
