Bus Driver Beaten Up

Bus Service 147 driver kena beaten up!!! Happened yesterday at Peace Centre bus-stop.
YouTube Video Part 1Originally from EDMW(HWZ):The bus captain of SBS 147 yelled at one passenger for not purchase tix, and this long haired guy, came back to the front, he confront him why no buy tix? He told me he had tapped his card, and he told his card from bag and tap his card, but beep-beep (no go!), start insert coins, but the bus captain quickly snatch his card.
This guy become furious and demand his card back, and start throwing #$%%#, but the bus captain insist keeping that card by hiding it behind his back..
This young guy started physical attack, place his hand at the driver neck.. prompted many passengers to get startled, and even the people waiting at the bus stop ask the driver to open the closed door to board and help..

Once i was boarding a bus the bus driver like havent wake up yet he told me not to knee the girl in front of me when i didnt and then after that he say i never tap my card when i did lol
another time a bus driver stopped at some ulu bus stop and went into the grass behind a tree and pee -
from the same website by one of the forummers..
but the young guy damn strong (very muscular with 6pack somemore) refused ,took off shirt after being torn by the two uncles, one auntie also slapped the young guy head & scolded him to get down (the scene was quite funny when the auntie slapped the young guy, he didnt dare to do anythin to the auntie)
no wonder ppl dun dare argue with saman ladies...

That's because he didn't know the tactic on how to tackle such situation,His obvious fault is the way he talk to the customer,I've encountered numerous incident but thankfully no such incident happens(Thanks to the customer service course that SBST sent meOriginally posted by No_10_Tomas:never knew SBS Transit employs candidates with screwed up brains ...lol lol lol

Bear in mind that all BUS DRIVERS ( some say bus captain ) got no right to confiscate passenger's EZLINK card. Even if spotcheck by Bus Inspector ( some say ticket inspector ), they must get particulars like name,nric & address from the passenger.

The bus driver ought to face the "brutal truth" Ez link card is considered as a "personal item" to many and how can they tactlessly grab the card away just like that? Some bus drivers think that just because they drive the bus and they are very "dua pai".
Please lor, dont even talk about customer satisfaction or whatever not (with results that come from unknown sources), improve on these things like frequency and bus driver's attitude then say la.
On the other hand, I know that there are the existence of polite bus drivers, etc. Unfortunately, i havent met them yet. -
Some EZLINK cards also double up as Employee pass wor. If you look carefully at some passengers using the EZLINK card, why they takes the trouble taking out the card to scan when tapping at the scanning machine right? Thats because its also their employee pass as well.
And lets say if you happens to do some transactions at a MAcdonald using EZLINK card, if the stupid scanning machines keeps giving out 'ERROR' warning, dun tell me the Macdonald staff confiscate your EZLINK card meh. Right? So I think that BUS DRIVER really lao lan. He thinks he is BUS/TICKET INSPECTOR meh?

If you travelled on SMRT and SBST buses daily, did you notice that SMRT bus drivers seems forgotten to stop at bus stop for passengers to alight?
This week twice happened to me and same bus route 173 but different drivers. -
the BC scared people nowadays can clone ezlink cards liao.
so must confiscate. -
Violence is not the best way to solve a problem...
But really some drivers really gian pak/qian4 zou4, deserve to be smacked. Ppl already starting to pay with coins liao...so wat right does he have to confiscate the card? -
Some adults also using children Ez-link card to board the bus.
So some bus-driver tend to check their Ez-link card?
I suppose they do have the right to check it?
