I thought it's alrdy mentioned clearly on the buses, that BC has the right to check?.. As for retaining the card, looking at the way, it isn't right either

Last time me oso kena like that. On 961, bus was 3/4 full liao. Then BC buay tahan liao, then stop beside Shell gas station. some bus drivers very nice, some very lao lan.
rem once, i was in sch uniform and i pay the student fare in coins, then he ask for my buspass, then i say im a student, then he say "so wad, uniform can be fake one." i was like "huh?? wth.. la."
but got once, i dun have the exact amount of coins to pay, so i pay 10cent more, and the bus driver actually returned me the 10cent thru his own pocket money.
tat was so cool.. -

The bus driver ought to face the "brutal truth" Ez link card is considered as a "personal item" to many and how can they tactlessly grab the card away just like that? Some bus drivers think that just because they drive the bus and they are very "dua pai".
Please lor, dont even talk about customer satisfaction or whatever not (with results that come from unknown sources), improve on these things like frequency and bus driver's attitude then say la.
On the other hand, I know that there are the existence of polite bus drivers, etc. Unfortunately, i havent met them yet.

My gf told me once that she saw a bus driver told a student that he cannot use his hp to play his mp3 in the bus because it was not allow on the bus. Is there such a rule??

I hope there is a rule like that man. These people who play their low quality mp3 loudly is so inconsiderate man. By the way, so the final conclusion is, does Bus Captains have the rights to retain your ez-link cards?
*retain your ez-link => keep it himself
*check your ez-link => means see see then return it to you -
the young guy should have kicked the auntie's ass to high heaven.

Sorry to say no matter what, they are not going to get my ezlink pass coz its also double up as my employee pass as well. Don't make me start about the time where I had to roar at one bus driver for verbally abusing a female passenger, with very inappropriate words that came close to outrag of her modesty, just because he suspected that she had used two different EZ link cards.
It's one thing to conduct your duty, its another to abuse your power and hinder other passengers by stopping the bus in the middle of a junction to come to the back and verbally assault her again and again.
He even had the cheek to ask me to bodysearch the lady.And that got another volley of scolding from me and I told him to come back and tell it to my face that I should outrage her modesty.
He grumbled and went back to his seat. I decided not to waste my breath and got off a few stops and take the train instead. If I wanted to, I could have recorded the whole thing and called the cops on him.
