  That is actually not a TV Mobile , its a kind of display information but not in use anymore i think.
  
  TIB821E , TIB551J of 190 that have it.

  Some ads by advertisers, then some shitty question (like quiz or Do you know kind), then the next stop info takes the bottom line, not accurate, look at the LED panel, it is more accurate.

  the system is still under testing since forever.......... bet they are doing it so that even if there are errors they have a back route

  WEF yesterday, the System under test wordings have been taken off the LEDs.

  I can see on the aircon part on the right side of the bus interior.. is that a camera? Look like 1.. the shape. What is it used for?

  Thats a camera...for safety purposes? Prevent people drop bombs then leave the bus...then you can record the person's face.
  
  You can also see it on some of the buses on SBS Transit.
  
  1 Bus got like 5(not sure) cameras..?
  
  1 at back
  1 at middle
  3-4 at the front
