Seems like they trying to make it difficult for people to make online claims. Now, I'll need to go to the bus interchange, queue up to use the machines and check the transactions then:
1) Queue up again at the Translink Office for my claim 2) Remember the transactions, then come up and file my claim online
In addition, only a certain no of transactions are kept in records, meaning I'll have to go in the next few days to check. Makes it kinda difficult for people who bus trips don't end at the intechange.
They are "improving", think there should be less claims now...

Let's say one claim takes 3 mins to process, 100 claims takes 300 mins to process. If time spent on claims = money loss from productivity spent on something else, there is a definite need to plug it.
