  That lifespan expiry date of a particular vehicle can be check at one motoring.com together with the road tax expiry date. Eg, SBS82P lifespan expiry date is 1 July 2007

  2. Is there trouble braking when you drive SBS 9035S (161 AMDEP)?
  
  I was on this bus cameoing on Service 168. Whenever it brakes (especially hard ones), it gives out a loud sound. At one point of the journey, the bus was breaking so hard that it gave out an awfully loud sound. The rest of the passengers were commenting on the sound.

  SBS 9146E (AMDEP 166) have one problem where the acceleration leads to a loud sound being emitted, even when braking it remains and i took this bus not long ago. Think AMDEP not that good in maintaining buses, but if given to others, I don't think they do as well either. by the way, SBS 9182A's back is like those VO3x? no squares but those lines that VO3x has.

  1) the rego have been at the position for very long alrd. now then u notice? not only the rego plate at different position.some thing else also different. U didnt notice ah?
  
  2) Not sure abt the trouble braking, cos WE NEVER drive SBS9035S. You should go ask the BC mah..
  
  BTW, this bus is having engine problem. been undergoing maintenance at AMDEP for the past two months.

  Many SLBP LO3x used to have this problem, but in the past few months, I haven't heard anymore loud braking!

  Yes. Actually, I was sitting near the area where the sound and the vibration could be felt the most.
