SMRT DAFs standee area is similar to those of SMRT O405s, seats inbetween the first 2 seat & the exit doors are removed to create the standee area.

I took the Comfort buses from Clementi to Turf City(driver drove to the area where buses from AMK/TPY stop & told all onboard to board at where buses from Clementi stop later as he's going to change back to SC Mk 4) & Turf City to Toa Payoh for countless times already...
Some SC Mk 4s are also used to ferry workers or do Chartered service & unable to return to do the scheduled timings for Turf City Shuttle so the drivers use those Comfort buses parked inside Turf City Heavy Vehicle Park to do Turf City Shuttle...
