Flooring was replaced (lighter sparkling floor),
All seat backs repainted to light grey
Roof painted white
Emergency Exit (interior) and associated parts repainted light grey
New light pink fabric for the roof emergency exit -

For other buses like SBS9096R, they only painted some part of seat backs, so it looks ugly with patches of light grey on dark grey. -

Not a bad list anyway. On my next trip to Boon Lay (scheduled, if possible, around Mid-October to December), I will use this to catch SBS 3863H, SBS 9064H and SBS 9162H. SBS 9064H and SBS 9162H are also my favourites from SLBP. -
1. Some passengers of Service 22 are unaware that Service 22 buses do not stop at the bus stop outside Tampines Stadium (the last stop before Tampines Interchange).
2. At Bedok Interchange, some BCs use Berth B6 (Service 17 and 38 occupies here), which is adjacent to alighting berths B7 and B8, as their alighting berth. I notice that BCs of Service 17 would always do that (probably because the bus is late). -

74A first existed as a service between Upper Serangoon and Ang Mo Kio Stn. It was only converted to a SWT between Hougang Central and Ngee Ann Poly in the mid 1990s, probably after Hougang Central opened.
Can anyone shed more info on the operating hours? I remembered taking this old 74A on Saturday nights and Sunday afternoons. -

I remembered it operated on AM peak hours, not sure about other times. The buses were always DDs. Yes, 74A was withdrawn when the right-turn was closed for Anak Bukit Interchange.
