  should be 9149Y
  i really saw 2699Y along pasir panjang rd with sv. 10 desto it was somemore in front of my bus (9819Y 143) at the bus stop... later when 9819Y overtook it i saw the front desto 10 on it

  If SBS2699Y appeared on 10 today, it may not be a 10 perm. We will see if SBS9149Y appeared on slbp service. Appearently SBS9149Y still has the ad.
