I think most people in SG usually do not move to the rear of buses...it always happens, even during morning school hours. I once saw 1 Auntie scolding @#^@&!&!# at us(students). -

I thought such things only applied to buses........boy, I was wrong. The last and first carriages of a train are almost always significantly less populated than the other cars.

Sometimes its really not people dowan move in but bus is really full and this happens to some services serving Orchard Road and nothing is done about it

In many European countries, people can board and alight buses at all doors. Buying the ticket and paying for the correct fare is your own moral obligation. In Singapore, you can also board at all doors when you take certain buses, such as NUS shuttle bus or IKEA shuttle bus. As for the paid services, I also agree with your suggestion to make ezlink flexible for rear door boarding. This will make people board/alight faster, and it's easier to make people move to the back. -

yesterday at 715pm at Tiong Baruh stop....
the Bus 75 (TIB 433R) refuse to let me broad the bus ...
the driver is dump stupid ...
the rear of the bus is not pack at all ... all he need to do is open the front let me scan, and let broad at the exit will do .... I end up take two bus home....
