SERVICE 185 (SOON LEE DEPOT - BUONA VISTA TERMINAL)
Soon Lee Depot, Soon Lee Rd, Pioneer Rd North, Jurong West Ave 5, Jurong West Ave 3, Jurong West St 24, Jurong West St 23, Jurong West Ave 2, Corporation Rd, Jurong West Ave 1, Jurong East Ave 1, Jurong Town Hall Rd, PIE, Clementi Ave 6, C'wealth Ave West, C'wealth Ave, Holland Ave, Holland Dr, Buona Vista Terminal.
The service will begin operation on Tuesday 26 Dec 2006 and it operates between 6.00 am and 11.00 pm at a frequency of 15 minutes.
Posters are already displayed at bus stops along the route. -

Or exit PIE at Ngee Ann poly and travels via Clementi Road instead. Remember there use to have SBST189 that ply between Commonwealth Ave and CLementi Road. -

Seems like they are trying to turn SLBP into some kind of bus terminal for the western part of Jurong West. Are they trying to turn it into AMDEP 2 (for your info, roues 265 and 268 currently terminate there, and route 268 has been going up there since the route 263 days)? -
I think the rt made it to serve Clementi Ave 6 for a purpose

Another new service by SBT Transit! And what the hell do those residents in Bt Batok, Panjang, Woodlands and Yishun get?????
Nothing! Nothing for many years already...
Will we get nothing for another 2 -3 years while the fare continue to climb up every year! to justify for the so called higher operating cost? We got to start a revolution now!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bukit Panjang got improvement you know. 922 introduction and 921 withdrawal, 700/700A amendment. Bukit Batok got the "crap" 985W, 945 amendment. -
this sv acts like a 'feeder' for Jurong West residents. It plys Jurong West St 24 (which i think can be serve by extending sv 181 instead of intro this sv) because of Corporation Pr? business coming in when sch reopens if like that. Somemore the nearest MRT Stn from Jurong West it serve is, Clementi.

- Provide connection for Jurong West/East Neighbourhood to Corporation Pri Sch.
- Link people to Jurong West Sports Cplx at Jurong West St 93.
- Direct service to Jurong West/East Ave 1, Clementi, Buona Vista for residents in Jurong West Extension.
Bad
- Expect heavy jams along certain parts of the route. -

I have a question: As those frequent travellers of 181 should know that Jurong West Avenue 3 is only built halfway so it U-turn at the point where the road ahead is still with construction. Since it now seems like Jurong West Avenue 3 is completed (since 185 can pass through Jurong West Ave 3 to Jurong West St 24 (which till recently is still not completed) and then Street 23,) then how will 181 U Turn?
