They said that those going to schools or so, the most is 60%... It's best not to take the article to the extent of believing it totallyOriginally posted by tanjun:Definition of high loads? >80% of the max pax for a bus?
If I do not rmb wrongly, there is one article published by The Straits Times quite some time ago that in average, the buses are less than 30% filled.
If this is true, I can imagine the percentage of ppl in Singapore using cars.

Anyone knows the least ridership on TRUNK/FEDDER svcs?
Sv 922 sometimes low also , for trunk can include 825 too.Originally posted by stituss:My guess:
Least ridership feeder: 284
Least ridership trunk: 882
Agree with you on 825. Think 825 has even lower ridership than 882.Originally posted by Volvo Olympian:Sv 922 sometimes low also , for trunk can include 825 too.
284 i think got 2 buses right if im not wrong?Originally posted by stituss:Agree with you on 825. Think 825 has even lower ridership than 882.
For trunk, quite unlikely 922 is lower because the route is longer than 284. One common thing between these two services: operated with one bus only.
Hmmm.. Low ridership on 284 ? This would goes to shwo that you have not taken 284 before. Just because of the short route, doesnt mean that the ridership is low. This is the same for 354.Originally posted by stituss:My guess:

103W may seems useless at west camp, but its the only bus for the people at Seletar Airport.. it even operates till 11pm on sundays.Originally posted by ngjy22:SMRTB: No idea
SBST: 103W, 317 (Always never see a moderate no. of ppl in bus)

922 , yeah , only 1 bus ... and also the 30 min freq
Common when at Night especially , or last busOriginally posted by Scania N113CRB luver:922
Sometimes the only person on board the bus is the BC only.
Can see from my hse .
This would be the 'best' svc to record the sounds! Sure don't have other 'interrupting' sounds.Originally posted by Scania N113CRB luver:922

Nah, Service 7 can get crowded at Orchard due to the fact for the Ulu Pandan people this is the only bus to Orchard!Originally posted by patdog112:Service7...
Sv 65 ridership drop? Once I took SBS2611A from Jln Eunos and at Ubi, all the workers there boarded the bus. Best part - when they wanted to alight at Jln Besar, the BC did not hear the bell and continued drivingOriginally posted by droco:What I think:
Lowest ridership for SMRT: 922?
Lowest ridership for SBST: 11? when there is no event
Highest ridership for SMRT: 190? pretty obvious. off-peak can also be very packed
Highest ridership for SBST: 65? 147?
Wondering if the demand for 65 will drop after 5 is launch.![]()
45 has quite a full seating load during non-peak hours as well ... mainly due to their 20 minutes frequency.Originally posted by TIB433S:Nah, Service 7 can get crowded at Orchard due to the fact for the Ulu Pandan people this is the only bus to Orchard!
I think 922 isnt that bad but still empty. What about 45?
