  There are no perm stickers on any of the B9TLs on svc 21.
  
  7433P was on svc 21 the day before.

  Today all the B9TLs are running around. The 7433 slot on 161 was replaced by a Mercedes Benz.

  well it will never be perm on 161 until the extra step before the road kerb at woodlands int is removed... and anyway i dont think the B9TLs should be worn out so quickly by placing them on express routes...
