lamp cover drop on me

  i was sitting on 961 at back row (middle), then halfway sleeping the lamp cover drop on me. then i woke up as i heard something knock on my shoulder. like everyone turn around to see me :O lucky is lamp cover not lamp, the lamp cover was very light. can u bus operators make sure the lamp covers are fixed firmly

  Stupid SMRT with their poor maintainance of their buses. Btw what model of the bus? CAC or OAC Merc or Scania? Details please.....

  i didnt take notice of the model, and i gave the cover back to the bus driver at woodlands interchange when the route ended

  Just your luck i guess. Quite a long time ago, have one 77 bus with the bus stopping bell dangling on the pole. The wires and stuff all exposed. It remained like this for 1 month or so. If I am not wrong it is TIB 964 or TIB963.

  WLDEP based bus seems to be quite poorly maintained. Take a look at those Scanias(which are ALL WLDEP based) and Habits. The maintainance are quite bad. The CAC Mercs on 961 are the worst. Noisy suspension, SMELLY WINDOWS the windows are full of slimy algae and stinks alot. A prob with Hispano-ed buses, the window joints tend to form alot of dirt and usually becomes homes for those small roaches and spiders. Take a look at the bottom of the window joints on the OAC Mercs, you might be able to find a dead baby roach.

  Talking about those , i think most of the buses have vandalism especially behind the seats etc , there was once i saw some red colour stain at the back of a seat on TIB793C on 307.
