  take train to toa payoh, and change to 105 or 153.....
  
  train will take you 20 minutes, bus will take u another 10 mins incl. waiting in the peak hours....

  those 2 buses are SMRT service, you should try the transitlink website.

  I roughly estimate the 1st bus for 700 is 0650, 960 is 0646

  exit from MRT, then turn right to OCBC there, dun turn left into NTUC, head straight up the escalator, then turn left and walk past Cheers to the bus stop.

  yup. cheers lead to the bus stop, while 7-11 near QB is accessible from the same MRT exit but does not lead to the bus stop from there....
