Bus service with a lot of complains!

I nominate S36,A lot of complain Kings & Queens even for a slightest error.
Bus never exactly stop in front of him/her also need to complain,Obviously didn't know that they are buses behind.A lot of crap come from those moron mouth also and the dimwits route masters always find a way to penalised the poor Bus captains.They obviously never realise that Suntec/Orchard Rd is a headache to drive especially on weekends?? -

There was an outroar when service 16 replaced 149 as the service going to changi airport some years back.
Complaints to the straits times can be seen very often. -
Service 238..There were lots of complain initially when 237 was withdrawn
And also the 'green shirt' in the control office Even the RC had to do a door to door survey But the situation improved over the years

IT WAS announced last year that bus operators would have to pull up their socks and improve to meet new service standards set. Bus commuters were invited to send their feedback about waiting times and overcrowding.

Yishun residents in Neighbourhood 6 rely on feeder service 812 to connect the train at Yishun MRT station. I have written many times to SMRT since 2002. But the service shows no improvement despite assurances to the contrary.

Of late, the feeder service has been irregular and it is common to wait for more than 15 minutes.

It has been even worse since the schools reopened. Along the route, there are many schools, the latest addition being Chung Cheng Secondary.

No additional service was introduced to serve the residents even though the buses are always loaded with students going to school in the morning.

As such, when the bus reaches the first stop along Yishun Street 61, it is fully packed. With residents getting on board, the buses are filled to the doorsteps.

On Friday morning, I had to wait for more than 20 minutes and, when the bus came, I had to squeeze in even though it was full. Otherwise, I would have been late for work.
.
The previous day, there was frustration when some commuters had to call for taxis after waiting for a long time at the bus stop.

It is not cheap to travel on these feeder services and the fares continue to increase, but this does not seem accompanied by any improvement in services.

May I appeal to the relevant authorities to tell us where else — besides the transport operators — we can lodge our complaints about bad service, long waiting times and overcrowding? -

i got 1 complain lea.. y only townlink 291 and 293 have that lo sleekangel ad lea... y other service dont have that ad eh?? and i hope that ad can be remove soon.. -

74, 154, 335, 80 and some amk feeders also have that ad lol. nothing wrong abt that ad, but it did raise some eyebrows.Originally posted by bus555:hello,

1 day when i took a 154 SBS498J with that ad and after alighting at NP, i could actually see 2 gals seated at the busstop giggling about that ad on that bus? -

Service 22!
Just recently one of my classmates was complaining of the service 22's poor timing. I also felt like that too. When I want to take service 22, the frequency is rather slow-in fact, it could take you 9 minutes to wait for service 22 alone. -

You may not know that I'm the person who is very kan-chiong one. The moment bus leaves I grumble. Last year I remember making a scene at the interchange by throwing my bag onto the floor! my opinion:
compare Hong Kong, and Korea inter city bus freq is 7-9 mins
so 9 mins in my opinion IS SLOW.
