Maybe because
1) No TV Mobile or rain
2) No funny engine sounds like the "super-charged " 9067A and 9111E (so no neoplan)
3) No gear jam...
4) No flooring of accelerator (too bad!)
You can hear the "bom bom bom bom bom" sound of the Cummins engine slowly and clearly because BC never floor accelerator.
So this video, the engine is more normal but too bad nothing special like chiong all the way. It's driven by the same BC as the 9111E & 7273J videos. -

Maybe because
1) No TV Mobile or rain
2) No funny engine sounds like the "super-charged " 9067A and 9111E (so no neoplan)
3) No gear jam...
4) No flooring of accelerator (too bad!)

I can't show you guys the sound recording I have of 9844Z, because its in my hp.
Anyway, suffice to say, I was shocked to find that my hp actually managed to get the sounds of 9844Z rather clearly (you can imagine how loud the bus was). And among other things, my ears picked up the rather horrendous and disgusting vibrations coming out of the engine (9844Z engine vibrates a hell lot), but my hp picked up more vibrations and needless to say, hearing this recording will give you a headache.
I tried to use my hp on 934G, but as expected, besides the 1st 3 gears and the retardation, all I heard was some Indian couple talk. -

Volvo B9TLs sound I don't think it would be clear, if you sit below, you will be able to hear the aircon sound...
MBO405, N113CRB maybe OK, some plys on low demand svc.
For MK2, maybe can try taking 103W, some ppl said that the demand only 4, maybe can try.
VO3x, MK3, MK4 maybe can try svc plys on the 'forested' area(Thomson, Lornie), may not have high demand but may not be very clear because of the TVMoblie.
Dennis Trident can try on the non-peak hour, maybe svc 89, not many ppl.
I am not sure about the demand for SMRTB, never go care and also never take the bus frequently. -

Third part seems to be like it was reaching the int.
Overall, second part is the best if don't have 'hello', the front part is the best! -

Heres a video of Volgren Merc TIB967T on 920. Sound of ZF very clear, no noisy aircon. Too bad vid taken at night therefore video nothing much to see. But ZF sound very nice! Those who likes O405 ZF sound should take this bus instead of OAC Hispano box merc as OAC has very noisy aircon which spoils the video/sound.

I think is anything go block the recording hole or something, sometimes loud and most of the time soft. -
The bus doesnt have lock-up, therefore it sounds weird. Alot of Volgren Merc have no lock up. But it also seems like slip-gear. Doesnt know whats the real prob actually.Originally posted by ngjy22:Sound weird...its like cannot go any further like that...

Nothing special in the last 3 videos as we follow very very closely behind 9176T on our slow journey back to BNL as our BCs try to waste time.
Eventually, 9176T did a 22min round, and we did a 25min round (out of 35min).
9131Y only came back after doing a 34min round because of the heavy loads caued by the big gap! -
