Bus faulty or bad condition of bus, please post here

Hey guys, I created this thread as to let you all to post buses that have problems with their cleanliness, bad condition of buses, aircon/non-aircon buses. Hope that members that work in the maintenance crew would see this. This would help to let them rectify the problems first before they get complain or feedback from the public.

SBS 539P Jerking problem and Air-Con not working properly! I still can smell burnt smell in the bus.

SBS 0933J and SBS 0970B's seats were unconditioned. They were patched but not fully replaced.
SBS 9829T's steps had it's safety strip ripped off. Photo -
Some SMRT OAC and CAC the windows kum pua smelly, sit near the window i thot i got body odour.

I'm sorry, Swee Heng, but I've noticed that you've posted several rather rude remarks towards the Bangladeshis that I feel its better to refrain from putting up such posts here in the future. Thank you. -

Almost every bus in singapore is in bad condition la..
even brand new B9s got defects.
u go hong Kong n compare the condition of buses..i tell u is way way big difference.
i feeling it all boils down to the we must make BIG cash thinking of Singaporean company so they neglect to improve the bus maintenance side things.
also prob due to wear n tear n the heat n stuff our poor buses get hots hots easily...climate not suitable for European buses? ah lso a factor not the money talk

SBST should maintain the condition at least good condition. They always said that they want to provide a world class transport but they haven't accomplish.
Bus brakedown rate is low, good.
BCs very friendly, some yes, some no.
Torn seats, low rate, seldom see it on every buses I take, so, I think its average.
Accident caused by buses, not sure... I think its quite low...
Vandalised seats, not sure. -

Back seats of SBS 0827H, a Townlink 293 perm, was vandalised with offensive and vulgar language.
SBS 9145H had it's seats vandalised. -

Why are these people like that? Not their own property at least treat them properly, instead of writing what "John loves Jane" , "Steven sucks" whatever. -
One of the perm Tridents on 51 - Either 9671E or 683X, front seats of the upper deck, one of the seats completely fell off!

Amen to that. At first I was wondering how come BNdepot B9TL buses (mainly) had such obvious black patch at the upper right rear , I thought one of the possiblities was that BNdepot wanted the rest of other depots to know that those buses were theirs but I realized and comfirmed it's black soot. Secondly, If there is a fault, I noticed BNdepot doesnt take days or weeks but months to repair the bus.
One good example, 2721R was formerly on svc 12 and at one time, the engine sounded horribly . 6 months later it sounded the same (horrible noise) , it's only after it's interior got refurblished then finally they repaired the engine and it was much quieter after that. Phew ! -
Yesterday, i took 511T, the bus very vibrative, like massage chair like dat. the door also close werid sound not like the usual beeeeep. I dunno why SBS bus like this one, always love take TIBS one, SBS bus vibrative as seen in my area, Boon Lay, you see TIBS bus so good, SBS bus all no air con one, or the air con hot one.
