Well, I remembered on May Day last year I took 334 MErc 0405 WA and what the f#$%! The interior was leaking rainwater into the bus compartment as it was raining that day. Lucky not as worse as the SMRT C151 Trains, they condense alot and water are leaking all over the place.

Rainwater leaking into compartment cant be compared with some LO3x and VO3x first batch , on the upper deck . Some 171 merc also leak badly during heavy rain . That time took one and i sat at the front . When the bus braked , all the rain water came sloshing towards me . -
The SMRT CAC 0405s and some ELBOs have this problem when it is raining, only thing is rainwater does not leak in from the roof, but from the windows. Unlike SBST, which replaced the windows with glass panels, SMRT just locked the windows, and even so, some of the ELBO windows can be opened.

Refurbish more buses especially flooring/Grap poles strachan.Focus more on roof leakage.Retain bus badges after restickered/Touch up paint job etc..SLBP of SBST is one good examples after numerous feedbacks.

1. SBS9810M (SLBP 143) the exit door seen to be a bit promblem.
2. SBS594D (BNDEP 69) the front door make a ''pssss'' sound when it opens. -
