The interior ceiling of SBS 3755L crack seriously!

Is it the plastic that is seriously cracked? Or is the metal, which is seriously the real ceiling/roof, that is cracked? Seriously, the former is not as seriously serious as the latter.

Why the flooring for buses like SBS 3733A and SBS 3746M, they add on the the metal piece to mend the hole on the floor but nv cover it with a sheet of paper over it? That looks quite ugly!!

sorry, but i've not been following the thread.
personally haf no probs with faulty doors, jerky buses or funny sounds from the engines n such, dirty seats etc... BUT i thiink more serious issues are "sauna" buses (esp in afternoon, n "refrigerators" in the morning), water dripping from the top( esp smrt MB0405 the two round things on the ceiling at the rear of the bus). these problems can cause extreme discomfort and are so common... wat's the root of the prob? why do they still exist? issit the drivers bochup or simply the poor design (or poor air conditioning syst) of the buses? So much of "world class transport system"... paying increasing fares for poorer service. with the monopolistic mkt, the bus companies are becoming more complacent, esp certain coy tt specialise in rail transport n noe nuts abt operating buses, buy expensive buses with lousy airconditioning, merging bus routes so they have less routes to operate ( decreased connectivity for commuters, forcing them go for their rail svcs).
sorry for the crap... just trying to use this avenue to throw out all my dissatisfaction.

Back to topic: When SBS2624M stops (at a traffic light or bus stop), the bus starts vibrating like crazy. Very irritating, I think this is the only Strider with this problem -

Back to topic: When SBS2624M stops (at a traffic light or bus stop), the bus starts vibrating like crazy. Very irritating, I think this is the only Strider with this problem -

- SMRT : MBO405 CAC
- SMRT : Hino & MB Volgren OAC (regular sized buses)
- SMRT : Elbo SCANIA CAC
Buses with run-down interior : SMRT Elbo SCANIA CAC (esp the lights cover) -
SL pls solve the serious jerking problem when it changes gear, SBS 432M on svc 502.

Today I took SBS 2996P on svc 143. This bus jerk like hardly when it is resting.. SO, dun say only OLD bus would rattle!

I think I have to rephrase it. SBS2624M will vibrate when it stops at a traffic light. When it accelerates, the bus will have a weird sound. Those 19XX BBDEP/ARBP Striders sometimes have that weird sound when it is accelerating, but those 26XX BBDEP/ARBP Striders usually don't have this problem. SBS1991J when change to 4th gear tends to jerk and shift violently ! When go up slope, the problem worsens. Also, when the front doors close, the rear "doors closing" sign lights up with the buzzer !
