  i've seen completely empty 190 at bt panjang b4, n it's in the morning... mayb they do deploy buses to start from bt panjang, well do anyone noe anything abt such deployments or did i see wrongly?

  Yes. Those are the downroutes that start trip from Bt Panjang Rd (Blk 604).
  
  These downroutes can be either came from:
  - Service 190A off service from Dohby Ghaut MRT Station.
  - Service 307 crossover to Service 190.
  - Service 180 off service from Boon Lay Temp Int. (Another crossover from 180, hence the 2 mins freq for service 180 at 6 plus in the morning.)

  No wonder seeing MBO405s on 180 during 6am+ become turn off the EDS after reaching Boon Lay Int.

  yeah.. there is.. but not sure wat time and wat schedule..
  
  but i noe for 190 to NBR, they park at the bus stop after exiting KJE along woodlands road..
  
  then for 190 to CCK, the park along the road b4 the bangkit bus stop..

  let me caculate the fare stages..
  
  all trips start from orchard MRT and end at bukit panjang plaza
  
  700/700A -- 17.5
  190 -- 17
  171 -- 16.5
  
  is all fares same with the 3 buses..?
