You mean the vents? I thought all have similar vents? Just that the panels which the vents are mounted on have become yellowish on MK2s...Originally posted by busmanic:those fan like thing located above the seats

As for CRBs, it's the same, many aren't working
Yeah, I agree. I very seldom sit VO2x with the fans switched on.Originally posted by chickenlittle2:Those DD in the JIS service also have this vents, they were dunno either spolit or the driver never on it. Sometimes, when it is raining, the bus inside were very stuffy as the windows were all closed .
I think it's always the 1st one from the front (forgot left or right side one) thats workingOriginally posted by 105090:thats right! last night.. was raining, boarda super crwded mkm2 WA NAC.. sv74.. only 1 fan out of 8 was blowing.. guess many people cant tahan the stuffiness
Long ago, Mk II DMs had working blowers. However, it was sealed up later on. Apparently the two pods on the roof were for ventilation.Originally posted by sbst275:DM ones dun have

Huh? How can the seating arrangement tell you the bus cannot tahan heavy loads?Originally posted by collinnxk88:[the seating arrangement on the VO2X is a sign that the bus cannot tahan heavy loads =.=]
Good! Not like those VO3x which u might squeeze ur legs in between the sits. Sometimes, the plastics might break because of that! BTW, it is comfortable.. Already, Non- aircon and u still expect passangers to squeeze together like in the MRT?Originally posted by collinnxk88:the VO2X seat spaces at the upper deck [expect for the first right hand side window before the staircase] are really far and wide apart compared to a VO3X and even B9TL, and the seat spaces at the back for 5 ppl become only 4 ppl can sit. the horizontal face-to-face seats on the back wheels for 3 ppl also 'purposely' using alot of space.
conclusion: VO2X unable to handle high passenger capacity. even the normal number of standees also hard to have more than abt 20 at most.
even the LO2X which had almost the same window pattern/ bus length has more seats than VO2X.
But some 154 VO2x perms have forced in 5 seats in the back row. The backrest has 4 big cushions but the part you sit on has 5 seats, the same type as those found on LO3x, VO3x batch 1.Originally posted by collinnxk88:the VO2X seat spaces at the upper deck [expect for the first right hand side window before the staircase] are really far and wide apart compared to a VO3X and even B9TL, and the seat spaces at the back for 5 ppl become only 4 ppl can sit. the horizontal face-to-face seats on the back wheels for 3 ppl also 'purposely' using alot of space.
