Hi all, the case of 7253S fire has involvement of external parties. Please be careful in your remarks as this is a public forum. Unnecessary remarks can easily escalate to defamatory.
There have been many lawsuits against forum members. Definately hope that none will get it here.

MS, your company knows what everyone here is doing/saying and what are the exact things/actions that they have spoken out against? So serious that SBST or SMRT felt like suing?
Reminds me of the news about Military Nuts forum which is strongly against revealing confidential stuff or making exaggerated speculations. -

off-topic: this forum no thread on guidelines de arh? most sections in sgf have that... at least when ppl break any rule, the management can use the regulations to back up their stand against so-and-so forumner for breaking a regulation.
im asking this bcos sometimes ppl reveal stuff that seems sensitive or are irrational in their postings, and due to that reason fights/quarrels/illogical speculations often evolve. -
