This is what i think SMRT thinks of minor complaints:
"HAH?? Air-con boh good arh? Leaky ? Aiya! Heck care those people lah! Always buay tahan these people one! Aircon no good? ask them next time bring along a portable fan lah those used for baby one. Bus leaky? Ask them bring a small umbrella when take bus lah! Nen shen zhe shen!(Be thrifty!) Dont waste money!"
Btw what i said is only meant out of joke. Not true in reality.
