Probably cameo or redeployed. Lately SMRT are making some minor changes to deployment? I'm inclined to think the bus may be on 167 or 853.Originally posted by TIB1018B:This particular bus TIB911D is a perm on service 980. However this bus MIA for about a month already ?? Checked with the one motoring site indicates that the bus is still in use
Anyone have any ideas?? Thanks![]()

i think it broke down & missed the inspection date. Maybe coz it is waiting for spare parts?Originally posted by vivienlee:No idea
But saw tat sv 980's TIB911D slot always cameoed by either MB0405 or another Lance (bendy being used to cameo on Sundays)
Speaking about non user layout status, wat exactly happened to this CSS190Z![]()
fu*k the SMR* la..Originally posted by swee_heng:i think it broke down & missed the inspection date. Maybe coz it is waiting for spare parts?
I rather SMRT purchase more new buses than to add in the existing fleet by using those former css buses.Originally posted by manjieass:fu*k the SMR* la..
if its really broke down liao scrap CSS190 even better right??
think e spare part is even more expensive than the scrap value..![]()
If that's the case, then i do wish Singaporeans don't grumble when there is another fare hike.... increase a few cents then make noise...Originally posted by vivienlee:I rather SMRT purchase more new buses than to add in the existing fleet by using those former css buses.
SMRT juz simply "bo chap" the bus service standard nowdays![]()
wat to do?? they cheapskate ma..Originally posted by vivienlee:I rather SMRT purchase more new buses than to add in the existing fleet by using those former css buses.

Aiya, dun say such things lah. Like what i said, it might get you into a court case. If the current Nissans have the same performance as TIB1256E, i dont see why SMRT cant reuse them...Originally posted by manjieass:wat to do?? they cheapskate ma..
it might broke down and it is not economical to repair it/get the new parts in. SO they just put it under non-user lay off status and will just take the workable parts from CSS190 to be used on other nissans.Originally posted by vivienlee:Speaking about non user layout status, wat exactly happened to this CSS190Z![]()
the driver took the bus back home when he resigned..Originally posted by swee_heng:Have u seen 911D's driver driving the other bus? If no means could be most probably the driver resigned & SMRT cant get a driver to drive it?
lol. i wonder how he took the bus back home when he resigned? Perhaps he parked it at his nearby heavy veh pk or his hse carpark. lolxOriginally posted by lemon1974:the driver took the bus back home when he resigned..![]()
Saw CSS190Z at WLDEP recently...the bottom front cover and the bottom side cover (driver side) was being removed. The windows of that bus were opened as if it look like a NAC Nissan bus. Seems that the bus is now hopeless in WLDEPOriginally posted by lemon1974:it might broke down and it is not economical to repair it/get the new parts in.
