Nissan Diesel will stay except the design will 90% European style in future production,So likely will be no more rear sliding door.Much like Nissan Latio which is 90% European design due to the merging with Renault

In this context, Volvo buys over Nissan Diesel as an activity of providing capitals for Volvo. Nissan Diesel per se is still operating as a separate entity, but partially owned by Volvo. Both companies wouldn't integrate their manufacturing activities, unless otherwise stated. -
