Leyland Lynx accident

Anyone know what is the accident for the Leyland Lynx in 2001 because i not sure what is the accident about.. Ok, Picture here:

well i know that it was replaced by a Scania N113 front and has been scrapped in 2005 right?

The accident was cause by some driver who was a bit tired? not sure , and causes the accident ...hmm

I think the BC was already fired! The accident happened in 2001. I recalled going on foot from Yio Chu Kang Stadium, where my unit was having a sports meet that day, to AMDEP to take the picture. Not long after, I received an e-mail from a friend saying that the Lynx had its front replaced. I was very surprised.

Yes, it did have only one step, both on the entrance and exit, just like the Dennis Lance. However, unlike the Lance, the gangway was flat throughout. The seats at the rear half were placed on a raised platform, like the O405, and it had a horizontal engine, also like the O405. From photographic evidence and eyewitess accounts of bus fans, to the best of my knowledge, the Leyland Lynx was known to have been on services 106, 267 and 269 before being used as an Employee Bus EB88.
The front was designed to look like the buses in the 1950s. That's why the screen on the driver's side slanted inwards. -
