  u people are forgetting the rest of the scheme B run by private opertors. still got cheap fares.
  
  i have fond memeories of CSS NTUC comfort 1 lols. the smll merc u see there i always take. or soemtimes kann bedford? cameo

  I already felt that the soul of CSS was hopelessly lost when routes 603 and 605 disappeared, along with the Hinos and DAFs along with the introduction of their remaining unique buses - the CAC Nissan U31RCNs - into SMRT's main fleet.

  I doubt they will be scrapped & my guess is that they will maintain their CSS regos but the livery will be SMRTs

  Will there be any new bus service to replace the CSS608 route? Overcrowding in other services e.g Sv16 or Sv196 will commence after the withdrawal of CSS608 heading towards city.
