i think its more about the taxis that just stop like that... accidents occur most of time because of this... buses have designated bus stops so motorists should know to keep away from the left lane when approaching a bus stop... unless they are blind

then how do they drive?
lastly buses have schedules to follow and if they are late they have to catch up with time making additional off trips and giving interchange staff difficulties... esp 143 which always jams up in town area... almost every weeknight, u'll see a Toa Payoh interchange staff talking to a Service 143 BC to catch up with its timesheet and making unneccessary off trips... so motorists must spare a thought for others... they sometimes have to sacrifice their off trips
AND pervertboi if ur irritated because of this... DUN DRIVE! save the environment take public transport like the MRT, no need to worry if theres too many trains that may jam up the rail network
