they should really have some improvement in their N services... basically the buses are much comfortable than SMRT's NR services bus and its cheaper by 50cents...
they should put up their niteowl buses on the busstop plates and the route information in bus stops near clubs and bars.. ( like what SMRT DID last time )
I stayed in choa chu kang.. last time used to rely on the smrt's NR3 services but now i changed to niteowl cos the bus is much confortable and cooler ( dun forget u paid for a premium fair for it )..
i took N3 twice.. the bus is totally empty.. without any pessengers at all.. after bukit panjang the bus is spooky.. Imagine bus goes through orchard without anybodi boarding at all..?
list of improvements need for nite owl to survive...
1) List out route details in busstops
2) Give out route details leaflets in cinileisure or nite spots..?
3) Did what SMRT did last time to their NR services
4) Change some of its route in the city ( going through orchard and going PIE via bukit timah is
)
