Those bendy 700s always replaced by something else... i keep track of what 700 bendies have have taken. TIB1024H was a 187 perm before moving to it's current home, 913 in 2001 to replace TIB1175E.

I think is more of loading than compared to constraints of Sengkang Int. I won't buy the Sengkang Int reason from anyone until documentary proof is produced.
