Its a bus. Truck chassis comes with a cab included from Scania. Also, no bus will ever be that short ! Its even shorter than the Darts! Looks abit like low floor to me. Or maybe its just a bus chassis used for those M'sia coach? Btw, look at the wooden box above the front axle . Then look at the bottom of the box and compare its height from the ground. Looks like low-floor to me.
Wait. Look at the tyres. Doesn't look like those high profiled tyres used in coaches. Looks like low profile tyre. Maybe the chassis is used for as city bus?

SBST to buy 100 Zero-Step SD buses to replace those old SD buses & will be deployed on trial before deciding to buy another 1000 of them over a 5 yr period.
The Zero-Step SD bus has space reserved for Wheelchairs at behind the driver cab & near the exit.

even the picture graphic looks accurate. the blueprint is missing two steps though.
I feel there is no need for second PIW slot due to not even seeing one PIW take the B9 so far.
but i guess thats international design for u.
the 4 step to the final rear seat might deter many Singaporeans from moving to rearest seat actually. but sad to say as the article mentions the steps r there because of the "K" alignment of the Scania engine.
Wheelchair ramp is located at front reminiscent of the OC500LE that visited singapore in 2004.
one thing to address is that current WAb in Singapore has no seat belts for safety of the PIW. wonder if seatbelt will be provided in the Scania WAb one

It's funny reading messages that claim that a Scania K230UB and a K310UB look "different" when, in actual fact, it is the end user (read: bus operator) that specifies how their buses should look like!
Remember guys, the K230UB, K270UB, and K310UB chassis' are exactly that - chassis'. Whatever goes on top of the chassis is the responsibility of the bus body builder.

The SDs will only have 28 seats... By right it's 30, but they are making 2 singles at the back for more standing space
And there'll be 2 slots for PIW, side by side
