  Comfirmed with the bus driver on 7459 on 161 today. None of the B9TLs you guys spotted on svc 161 are perm. They are all spare buses.
  
  7459R replaced one of the VO 3 axles (perm)'s aircon broke down at the depot this morning.

  If that's the case, seems like the 2 VOs needs servicing quite regularly.. 7381E was replacing 9399S the other day and today 9398U got replaced.
