How long does this Special1 timetable last? I hate this period -- especially when waiting for buses; it takes longer than usual and the VO2x are simply not recommended for scorching hot afternoons.Originally posted by stooper:Yeah, coming soon. There will be 13 buses used on total. All other DDs become temporary SPs
Early AM peak:
8 ADDs xover to 242
2 VO2x x-over to 255
but they will stagger the x-overs so that more than 3 buses will be on 179. The x-overs will still be exactly the same timings, just that they will be thrown around different duties.
AM peak:
all 13 buses back, with additional 1 x-over from 242 and 2 x-overs from 255
AM off peak:
5 buses total - the 3A/P shift buses & the 2 E shift VO2x
Early PM peak:
10 buses total - the other 3 are x-over to 242
PM peak:
9 buses total - one more goes to 242 from around 18:00
PM off peak:
3 A/P buses
It'll last till June school Holidays, when it will use the Holiday1 timetable. Then it will revert back to Special1 timetable untill start of August.Originally posted by @@:

So, 242 passengers will always have the luxury of the many DDs during this period. And daily 179 passengers like me will have non air-con VO2x to 'enjoy' in the afternoons.
Any idea what are the 3 A/P buses for this year's Special1 timetable? I remember last year's: 3858Z, 3905X and 9088P (correct me if I'm wrong). And 9056G was temp 242 perm last year. I guess 373A will be one of the A/P shift ones this year? Thanks!
Sorry, this's a little off-topic, though.
I think this looks more like perm 925/927Originally posted by SBS3688Y:TIB953H - 985 (KJ SP)
Are you refering to SBS 9831K? I guess it's your typo error because some can easily mistype the '1' as '6'.Originally posted by lemon1974:SBS9836K SV 168 (AM 72)
