i wouldn't say that SBS9477A, SBS9403M serve on sv14 when a bus is missing, it's just part of the fleet, however, if there's a shortage of AR/BB DD svcs, there are taken out of sv14 to serve tt route.
i cant confirm parking status, but SBS9403M will probably be at AR, SBS9477A at BBDEP -
