  i only took it once. frm macdonald house to tekka mall. a lot of people leh.

  i always see the little India trips quite full
  i did see a few times where its empty, and there's once the driver stop along Bencoolen St. @ Sunshine Plaza to buy lunch... skaly ROV come...

  IMO these services are not getting the publicity it needs. Go to any interchange and probably more than 50% of the people there does not know about its existance. In a way, SMRT is like the company Microsoft. You compare it to Apple...Apple has a superb advertising department which can woo customers to a huge extent while Microsoft cannot do so as their advert department isn't that strong.

  but microsoft has the majority of the market and they dominate. SMRT dosent.
