The bus did not speed, and we got 1/2 hr meal/shopping break at Yong Peng (the giant foodcourt/supermkt). Likewise for my return trip onboard Grassland - travel was smooth, comfortable and relaxing. -

Citiexchange is just the ticketing agent. They do not own the coaches. On its website, Citiex is a ticketing agent for Memory Express, CepatSedia Express, Jebat Express, StarLiner and City Holidays. They also sell tickets for Lapan Lapan Express.
In other words, if you are going Genting, most likely you will be getting a coach from StarLiner and/or Lapan Lapan Express. Since the agent is based at Kovan Hub Express Terminal, I wonder why it did not mention KKKL-Trans Lim Express.

Yup... Tat incident happen in Cameron Highland is confirm Five Stars... Coz i ask the bus driver when i depart from cameron highland to singapore... I think i will not register tours with five stars anymore... Coz when i last week juz came back frm cameron highland, still have to transfer at KL... some more wait so long...
I almost die when i go there.. Coz tat accident bus also depart the same day and time as us... Then also five stars... Then bcoz i like first seats, then i ask the agent put mi first seats... luckily, if tat agent put mi in that coach... i might have been dead nw...
To the Thread Starter, if u wan go overseas, some more is abt 8-10hr travelling distance, dun choose cheapo agency... Coz usually their seats is not gd and very cramp... But why go genting? There quite sian... But when going up to the mountain, ur ears very xin ku... coz the air pressure there is very high... and the road is very steep... But i can say is not dangerous la... But i recommend if u wan go overseas, cameron highland is a nice place... -
Every passenger can choose any type of coach they want for the journey, subject to availability and price. I reiterate here that no matter how expensive your ticket costs, it does not guarantee that it is absolutely safe. On the other hand, just because a coach from company A is involved in a fatal accident, doesn't mean the rest of company A's coaches will receive the same fate.
My personal recommendations: Transtar, Five Stars, Konsortium, Grassland. -
so tt means is konsortium-five star coach la.erm all those super luxurouis dd haven gotten into trouble b4.Five star got delays,but is stil reliable as they hav alot of coaches running in malaysia.they can send in replacement anytym..WTS oso not bad btw.

FYI,
FS does lease some Konso buses, prolly due to not enuff buses. Typically will be those 18seater snoozers.
The identifiable trait is the FS logo at the pigu of the Konso bus. Body will still say the same supercoach.com.my. This is owned by Konso -
Mercedes Man Volvo & Scanias are the best Singapore coaches to go Genting unlike UDs , Mitsubishis & Isuzus.
