How does the bus transfer from one depot to another?

Which means that:
SBS 9810X on former Service 143 in Yio Chu Kang at 3+, then SBS 9804P replaced SBS 9810X on the same timeslot (and vice-versa). -
Why was SBS 1921L scrapped and 2648L in lay up status? please state which service was it on when it happened. i would like to know.

anyway, the WAB timing are not really that accurate. usually the bus will arrive early.
And on 2/6, not sure whether there are problem with Iris system . From 7.00 pm onwards, the frequency of SV 76 can be 17 mins up to 36 mins for trips starting from YCK and reaching YCK. And i did saw 9136 and 7436 reaching YCK terminal together at around 8 pm. -

As for 3899E...acclerates too fast, sometimes passengers complain to driver. -

alternatively you can choose to alight at Raffles Hotel at bras basah rd(some buses which passed here which goes to suntec not said): 14,16,130,131,162,167 (the place you have to ask someone whether confirmed,im not too sure)
only one of your buses go there, which is 167. all the buses out, either because they go collyer quay or pass by the western section of bras basah rd
