1780B is normally 154 split shift, but for the past few days, 1853A MIA, so it's cameoing on 251 instead.Originally posted by service_238:1. 1780B try during their change shift timings of between 1pm-4pm
Yeah, all 179 VO3x were S or E shift buses for the past week.Originally posted by service_238:3. SL 179 VO3x are very easy to spot. if the bus doesnt do only 242 in the evening, its easy to spot them between 3.30-5.30pm, thereafter got alot of downroute so its not recommended. (179 i/c pls reconfirm)
Never heard about that but I only heard about a Volvo Olympian 2 Axle (SBS7253C) the tyre if I am not wrong that it exploded along TuasOriginally posted by rookies:is it true that a volvo mark 2 bus once exploded at sengkang or punggol? wats the rego?

It is the NTU's term break again? how long does this timetable lasts? Would svc 242 have extra fleet during the PM peak?Originally posted by stooper:Yeah, all 179 VO3x were S or E shift buses for the past week.
But, for next week, I have no idea. The Special Timetable will be used.
There is a high chance that 179 will use LO3x and Merc, while all 5 VO3x (and some LO3x) become SP.
Or it might be the other way round. 179 will use all 5 VO3x and Merc while some of the LO3x become temporary SP.
Special Timetable no down trips in PM peak though.
Sunday Timetable got 1 VO3x (9291T) in service for P shift ONLY (not A shift). If you just miss it, then wait 40min.
Let me see, means we only had 4 people out of 4 million people in Singapore in Tampines on that day. The others probably went fishing or something.Originally posted by TWS4793:The other day, someone asked for the timing of SBS 1711B. For this bus, you can normally catch it on Service 32 at around 1200hrs to 1400hrs and also in the late evenings (1655hrs to 1800hrs). These timings are those that depart from Bedok Interchange, and are weekday time slots only.
Sometimes, this 'loner' in BNDEP can go and do other services. There was one occurence when SBS 1711B cameoed on Townlink 293. Four people, including me, witnessed the rare cameo appearance.
In conclusion, it will normally do it's perm slot on weekdays, but may or may not appear on other services during weekends.

Four people. Or is it bus enthusiasts? Can't possibly be right. Then what about the BC driving it, other 293 BCs, some people at Int just so happen to be looking at it, passengers on the bus, people at the bus stop, people walking on the pavement and just so happen it passes?Originally posted by TWS4793:Sometimes, this 'loner' in BNDEP can go and do other services. No extra fleet. The timetable is just earlier by 2/3 minutes for 242 in the afternoon. But like today, there would be high chances of 3783E and 276Y getting DD cameos. Really? Never see before. Last time I see the 284 timesheet, is horizontal, but just that the columns are very long.Originally posted by choww:Notice that some of the Clementi svcs(like 96, 284, 285) have vertical timesheet instead of the usual horizontal timesheet. Any particular reason?
West District does this. 27 93 96 163 are some examples.Originally posted by choww:Notice that some of the Clementi svcs(like 96, 284, 285) have vertical timesheet instead of the usual horizontal timesheet. Any particular reason?

Heading at the top no change. Looks squeezy though but its still neatly spaced out despite its small font size.Originally posted by stooper:How is the headings of the timesheet like? They squeeze all the Duty, Payhour, Index no, etc together?
And is it only got 2 columns of timings instead of 3 columns like landscape one?
