Because I think they want to U-turn at the last junction of Tampines Ave 5 to start a new journey at the Blk 938 the bus-stop at Ave 5 (Towards Hougang) but can't so follow Feeder 292 route into St 11 back to the Ave 5 (Towards Hougang) the Blk 938 the bus-stop to start the new journey I think.
