My Fav Terminal:
-Toa Payoh
makes me feel like boarding a plane in an airport because of the aircon, doors and naming the Berths as Gates
My "Hatest" Terminal:
-Rumah Tinggi
nothing much, restricts 63 to have single deck only due to the shelter leadingto the terminal and car park, drivers have to take toilet break in the rubbish dump, pity them, only 4 lots to serve 2 buses at most.[/b] -
Dislike Interchange:
Sengkang Int: The Alighting Point no Air-con one eh and worst, The place there so dark

Tuas Terminal, very big and airy.
Dislikes:
Sengkang, very dark and gloomy with exhaust fumes everywhere -
Likes:
1)Toa Payoh - Very convenient and nice
2)Jurong East - Big, spacious + cinema and so on nearby
3)Bedok - Cheap cheap cinema + hawker ctr + mcdonalds + ntuc foodfare
4)Woodlands - Big place, lots of buses
5)Eunos - Got Mr Bean at the MRT, one of the few interchanges with many unused queues
6)Harbourfront - Got NEL, Got Hawker Ctr, Got Vivocity, Got Sentosa
Dislikes:
1)SENGKANG!!! Once you alight from the bus the fumes can choke you
Sometimes i rather transfer to buses like 43/156/159/161 to go to Compass Point from Sengkang East Rd than to enter the int
2)Bishan - Sometimes the bus takes so long just to exit from the bus bay, sometimes due to other buses while sometimes just being careful -

Upcoming Ang Mo Kio : Seems nice lei...
Bedok : Always very lively...
Boon Lay : Quite an airy interchange...
Bt Merah : Small yet modernish design. Nice.
Clementi : Very airy...passenger service staff were friendly.
HarbourFront : A nice transformation makes it one of my favourite!!
Hougang Central : I like because of the design, simple yet modern and attractive.
Jurong East : I like the trademark reddish design. Pity it gets flooded easily when there is rainy season.
Punggol/ Sembawang : Small and pokey, airy too!!
Tampines : Small and pokey but lots of activities happening!!
Toa Payoh : 1st air con interchange. Nice!!
Woodlands : You can get to nearly anywhere. 2nd underground interchange. Big size!!
Dislike :
Sengkang : Very boring design
Bt Batok : Not well ventilated
Changi Airport : Pathetic boarding berths la!!

Bedok - Its my main interchange. The services serve a good variety of places too
Eunos - Seems quiet and nice
Jurong East - Spacious
Lim Chu Kang - Been there some years ago. Nice rural view which is just beside the beach

Sengkang, Woodlands - Crowded, noisy, dark
Yishun - Quite dark too
Tampines - Very crowded -
A FAILURE!!!! stupid architect and planner indeed! worse than the HDB MSCP! i prefer the old Temp Sengkang Terminal than this permanant one! even the A/C waiting area and passageway and glass panels look so ugly, dull and horrible!Originally posted by bus555:Dislike Interchange:

i hope the existing Sengkang Interchange be converted into part of the shopping area and build a new interchange over the former Temp Sengkang Bus terminal instead.
though the Changi Airport PTB basement bus area is beautiful (esp T1), pollution from exhausts can be rather heavy at times esp during peak period.
of the newer bus interchanges, i think WDL and TPY interchanges are rather well-designed and well ventilated. -

However, buses are still seen parking there as the BCs can take a rest or even toilet break and wait till the scheduled time reaches before continuing their return journey. This can help minimise bunching of buses esp the return trip and BCs won't be too stressed driving this route (unlike those svcs that loop at Siglap Rd, svc 99, etc) -

Firstly, the alighting area is especially dark even when there are lights to guide you to Compass Point. There is no aircon upon alighting and also, you don't get automatic glass doors. You have to push them open yourself. This applies the same for the boarding berths. Definetely troublesome for those who are carrying lots of heavy things on their hand.
The boarding berths are quite unwelcoming. It looks plain and outdated. Some dirt marks on the walls can be seen. You look to the outside of the interchange and could barely see a few buses. Some BCs resorted to switching on headlights to see more clearly.
Even after it opened for about four years already, there are still renovation works ongoing there. I saw some workers putting up what looks like some aircon ducts at the alighting berths weeks ago. The empty space behind Berth B4 (housing Services 83 and 86 queues) is also undergoing construction works. Lastly, the service guide rack at Sengkang Interchange is terrible. Nothing on 80, 163 or something else, just some guides I've seen before and in big stacks.
Outside the interchange, the condominium has been stained with soot from the buses exiting the interchange. Also, where can I find the best place to take photos of buses? I would say, not even a single one unless it's at the main road as the interchange is dark.

Toa Payoh - Aircon, the good there iis great and the location is great, as it is nar to many shops and the MRT station
Jurong East - Childhood interchange... spacious and colours like the MRT station, and not to mention its near the MRT station/Shaw centre also.
Bedok - Oldie interchange but has good food according to many people. Near MacDonalds, the NTUC.
Sembawang - Airy and near the Sembawang MRT
Ghim Moh - A very unique and small place, but its near some great food and market places.
Hougang Central - Near the KFC
Punggol - Lonely and quiet
Kent Ridge - Easy to go to.
Bukit Merah - The interchange has buses and its the only remaining INTERCHANGE to be not near the MRT.
Yio Chu Kang - It's just outside the MRT Station!
Eunos - Large space, few services. under the MRT!
HarbourFront - Near Vivocity, Harbourfront Centre, HarbourFront MRT
Tuas - The most quietest and spacious terminal of all.
Bukit Panjang - Great to take photos!
Sembawang Road End Terminal (gone) - Near the park

Sengkang - Alighting berth is not in an aircon area. Very dangerous and people may suffer from the carbon monoxide. I wonder how 80, 86, 87, 119, 372 drivers handle the smell and smoke!
Bukit Batok - I just don't like it.. but no reason needed.
Choa Chu Kang - The interchange is going through some upgrading works so have to walk far to the MRT/Lot 1.
Clementi - The temporary interchange is better than the original but the traffic timing is horrific and also the interchange is far from the MRT.
Pasir Ris - Dark and gloomy, even with the sunlight.
Bishan - Dark and buses take up time to leave the interchange.
Ang Mo Kio (Temp INT) - It's far from the MRT/Jubilee and the interchange is not even that kind of quiet i like.
Woodlands - No Lift! The first underground INTERCHANGE needs a lift so that i dont have to just take escalator and that the less able-ed can take buses too. (applies to 161/168 B9TLs only)
Changi Airport - Similar to Sengkang in the sense people have to bear with the carbon monoxide. But its worse because no aircon!
Geylang Lorong 1 - The boarding place is far from the road and dangerous to go when all the buses except 980 turn into lorong 1. Sometimes the smell is horrific.
Shenton Way - Where is it?!?! Under the ECP!??! The place isnt near the Tanjong Pagar MRT! -

Woodlands Reg Int open in 1996 , there wasn't any WAB's at that time (obvious) but i think sooner or later they will have to do something ...e.g add lift's.
For Shenton Way Ter , try walk inside , but it's against risk -
You could be fined just to enter shenton way terminal(office there)
